Williams College is located in Massachusetts’ Berkshire County, which is currently second only to Suffolk County (Boston) in terms of the size of its immigrant population. Given that many recent Massachusetts immigrants are of Latin American origin, a growing number of local and state organizations have formed in response to their unique needs. The local organizations and media outlets listed below represent a small sampling of these organizations.

Students interested in experiential learning opportunities may also wish to consider taking the following Latina/o Studies courses: LATS 241T (insert link to catalog course description), LATS 310/AMST 310 (insert link to catalog course description)
