Driving Directions

Williams is about one hour’s drive from the Massachusetts Turnpike and Interstates 91, 90, and 87. Driving time from Boston or New York City is about three hours; from Albany, NY, about one hour; and about two hours from Bradley International Airport outside of Hartford, CT.

Transportation Services

There are a number of car services that offer transportation from the Albany Airport, Rensselaer, NY and Pittsfield, MA train stations to campus. Fees generally range from $80 to $200. While it is possible to use rideshare services from local transportation hubs to get to Williamstown, they are generally unavailable in town. If you are traveling by train or air, we recommend renting a car.
