Welcome to Muslim Life at Williams!
The Muslim Student Association (MSU) and the Muslim Chaplain work together to support the Muslim Life at Williams. We provide religious, spiritual, and culturing programming to foster a community between faculty, staff, and students at Williams including the local Muslim community of the Berkshires. Our other campus partners are staff at the Davis Center and our Muslim faculty!
All students are always welcome to our events!
- Roughly 70-75 students in the student body identify as Muslim.
- We have a halal entrée at every meal on campus, including special suhur packages with halal sandwiches during Ramadan.
- Weekly Jumuah followed by lunch is at 1:00 pm in the musalla, Muslim Prayer Room, of Thompson Memorial Chapel.
