Parking rules and regulations are in effect 365 days a year!
Parking rules & regulations
- During the work day – Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. – the only place students can legally park on College property is in the lot to which they have been assigned, all other areas are restricted!
- At no time are students permitted to park in another student lot.
- NO PARKING EVER:
- Congregational Church parking lot (including the faculty/staff section)
- Hopkins Hall Drive (including temporary spaces)
- ’62 Center parking garage (including faculty/staff spaces)
- Temporary spaces (unless specifically designated on the sign)
- Service/Security spaces
- Williams Inn parking lot (unless a patron or registered guest)
- Jesup Parking Lot – no student parking at any time in the west bay closest to Physics
Seasonal Parking
April 15 – November 15
- Students may park in faculty/staff spaces and on Chapin Hall Drive between the hours of 5 p.m. and 5 a.m., Monday through Friday nights.
- Students may park in faculty/staff spaces and on Chapin Hall Drive between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, except Lawrence Hall Drive where students may park between the hours of 6 p.m. and 5 a.m., seven days a week.
- Students may park in the lot between Facilities and the Towne Field House as early as 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. on weekends, no overnight parking allowed. All vehicles must be removed prior to the 5:00 a.m. deadline.
November 16 – April 14 SNOW SEASON
- Students may park in faculty/staff spaces and on Chapin Hall Drive between the hours of 5 p.m. and 2 a.m., Monday through Friday nights.
- Students may park in faculty/staff spaces and on Chapin Hall Drive between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, except Lawrence Hall Drive where students may park between the hours of 6 p.m. and 2 a.m., seven days a week.

Off-campus and commuting students
Off-campus and commuting students may park on town streets but need to be mindful regarding time limits where posted.
Temporary Parking
Temporary parking permits will be issued only in the circumstances deemed appropriate. A fee of $5 per week will be assessed. Temporary permits cannot exceed a four-week period.
Parking on town roads
Check for time limits. No overnight parking rule is enforced year ’round.
