Using CoVerified

CoVerified is an easy-to-use application for use by students, faculty and staff that integrates Covid test scheduling, delivery of test results and symptom tracking. The service is available in both web and mobile app versions. iPhone and iPad users can find the app on the Apple App Store; Android users can find it on the Google Play Store.

Use the sections of this guide to help you get set up in CoVerified on the web or in the app, and use it as a part of your weekly routine.

  • Logging in

    1. Log into CoVerified at https://campus.coverified.us
    2. Click the Login button. If this is your first time using CoVerified, you’ll be prompted to initialize your account.
    3. Log in using your Williams email address with the @williams.edu: e.g. [email protected] and hit "Enter."
    4. CoVerified uses the Williams single sign-on. If you’re already logged in to your Williams Google account, you won't be prompted for a password.
    5. If you are prompted for a password, enter your Williams email and network password.
    6. If you have more than one Google account, please make sure to select your williams.edu account for this process (not a personal account).

    Onboarding

    When you first log in with your Williams email, you'll need to go through a one-time onboarding process:

    1. Read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
    2. When prompted, provide a contact phone number. This is required. CoVerified will only accept numbers that work in the United States.
    3. Click "Next."
    4. When asked if you will be tested, select "Yes."
    5. Acknowledge the explanation of risks by clicking "Agree."
    6. Click "Next."
    7. The process is complete. You won't be asked to do this again.

    Scheduling tests

    1. To schedule a test, click "Testing" from the left-side menu. Select a site, type and week, and CoVerified will show you all dates and times when appointments are available.
    2. Choose an appointment. It will then be displayed on your CoVerified home page.
    3. Cancel any appointment by going to your CoVerified home page and clicking the three vertical dots at the far right edge of the appointment listing.

    Reporting symptoms

    1. Choose the "Report" button in the left-side menu
    2. Choose "Report Symptoms"
    3. Select any symptoms you are experiencing, or “No new symptoms” if nothing new.
    4. Scroll down and tap "Submit"

    Viewing test results

    1. Choose the the "View Records" button in the left-side menu
    2. CoVerified will show all recorded test results

    Pausing tests while off-campus

    1. Go to the Home screen
    2. Click the "Go Remote" button

    To see any alerts, click the bell icon in the left-side menu

  • Logging in

    1. Download the app to your device via the Apple App Store (for iPhone and iPad) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
    2. Open the app. On an iPhone, you will be prompted to allow Auth0.com to sign in. Click "Continue" and you'll be guided through the rest of the process.
    3. On any other device, you will not be prompted to allow Auth0.com. Simply follow the prompts, using your Williams email address and password to log in.

    2. Select the plus sign/calendar icon in the upper right corner of the screen to add an appointment.
    3. On the next screen, follow the prompts to choose a location, date and time, then click "Submit" to schedule.
    4. Your upcoming and past appointments will be listed on the main Testing screen.

    1. Tap the plus sign on the app home screen
    2. Choose "Report Symptoms"
    3. Select any symptoms you are experiencing, or “No new symptoms” if nothing new.
    4. Scroll down and tap "Submit"

    2. CoVerified will show all recorded test results

    1. Go to the Home screen
    2. Tap the "Info" button on the lower right
    3. Select "Go Remote"

    Viewing alerts

    To see any alerts, go to the Home screen and tap the bell icon at top right

  • Login issues

    If you have login issues on a web browser or smartphone:

    1. Log out of and quit all Google apps (Gmail, Gcal, etc.) that you have open in your browser or on your phone.
    2. Open Gmail or another Google app and select your Williams account to log in.
    3. Open CoVerified and log in following the Logging In steps above.
    4. Proceed as normal, logging back into other apps as needed.

    Mobile display sizing

    If the app appears magnified or does not fit on the screen of your mobile device, go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size and change the size.
