Residential Common Rooms
Some common rooms that are part of regular building circulation will need to remain open for that purpose. Furniture may be reduced/removed, and capacities will be reduced. These spaces will not be reservable. Students using these spaces must follow face covering & distancing protocols.

For the 2020-2021 academic year, the college is providing a MicroFridge unit in every student bedroom on campus, free of charge. These units include a microwave and a mini-fridge, are Energy-Star rated, and use less power than a typical mini-fridge alone. They also have a sensor to reduce the burnt-popcorn smoke alarms resulting in your building experiencing a middle-of-the-night evacuation.

Upon your arrival you will find your MicroFridge stocked with a Quarantine Care package from Dining Services. They will provide you with a variety of items to supplement the two quarantine meals (Brunch and Dinner) that will be delivered to you during the time you wait for your test results.

Check-Ins/Testing for 6:30pm Buses
For those of you using the 6:30pm bus from Albany Airport through Motorcoach, don’t worry, we’ll make sure you get checked in & tested when you get to campus before we go home for the night. Just sign up for a check-in/testing time as close to 8pm as you can)

Picking Up Stored Items
If you left things for campus storage when you left campus in March – we realize that some/many of you may have left your linens & other things you’ll need for the initial quarantine period after your testing upon arrival to campus. We are working on this, and will update you as soon as we can with a plan. Thanks for your continued patience.
