Survey #1

Sent to participants in June 2023, the survey's purpose was to gather understanding of stakeholders' perception of three criteria: change at Williams, leadership engagement and support, and overall preparedness for the move to Workday.

Question Format

Survey questions were based on the ADKAR model of understanding. ADKAR stands for Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement.

Awareness Questions

  1. I am aware that Williams is moving all Financial and HR processes to Workday.​
  2. I believe our leadership supports this change. ​
  3. I know where to go with questions about the move to Workday.

Desire Questions

  1. I understand why this change is happening. ​
  2. I am excited to hear more about this project.

Survey 1 Results

Participants rated their agreement with the question statements on a scale of 1-4, where 1 was "disagree" and 4 was "agree."

Takeaways

Participants have a high awareness and interest in the project, but don't know where to get help or learn more.

These responses are expected at this point in the project. The goal is to raise awareness about help resources in time for go-live on June 16th, 2024.
