- Provide you with a team of experienced, supportive, and innovative advisors.
- Educate you through individualized career preparation, meeting you where you are in your exploration process customized to your unique skills, interests and values.
- Assist you in developing and activating your career action plan, which could include pursuing internships, jobs, or graduate schools of your choice.
- Provide inclusive career exploration for all students by connecting you to six industry based career communities.
Lifelong Experiences:
Provide an array of experiential career learning opportunities to connect you to alumni, employers, faculty, and staff. These experiences can include:
- Virtual Career Treks are ‘68 Center funded immersive experiences for students to learn about organizations and industries. Treks provide students the ability to engage with employers and alumni who work in specific fields.
- Job & Internship Fairs are the largest recruiting and networking events of the year for students interested in connecting with recruiters or alums from a wide variety of industries.
- Diversity Focused Job & Internship Fairs allow you explore the many opportunities, programs, and resources designed by organizations that facilitate and promote diversity in the workplace.
- Virtual Job Shadowing provides participants the opportunity to observe target industries through the lens of alums in the field. Ephs may “test” a career while also building industry contacts.
Funding Opportunities:*
- Alumni Sponsored Internship Program (ASIP) : summer funding awarded to first-years, sophomores, and juniors obtaining full-time summer internships in various industries.
- Career Access Fund (CAF) : provides financial support for expenses related to career preparation, internship and job interviews, and graduate study preparation; applications are prioritized based on levels of financial need determined by the Financial Aid office.
- Equal Access Opportunity Fund (EAOF ): provides career exploration opportunities for students who are First Generation, from an underrepresented group, and/or from high-need/low-income families.

Online Resources:
- Handshake is our online recruiting tool that allows employers to post jobs and internships as well as connect with students for virtual information sessions, coffee chats and interviews. Handshake is also where students schedule appointments with the ‘68 Center and learn about and register for events!
- EphLink is the most convenient and effective way for you to build meaningful connections with alumni. Over 3,000 alumni have volunteered to advise students and fellow alumni on everything from helping shape and form career choices to the general Williams experience! Connect with Ephs with shared identities and interests via one-on-one connections or group involvement, developing your confidence in networking skills. You can also search for internship, full time and project based opportunities posted by Williams alumni.
Outcomes:
- After your time in the Purple Valley, the Eph impact continues far and wide, and we love to share the global success of our community! Destinations After Williams provides insight into the extraordinary outcomes of a Williams education for recent graduates as reported up to six months after graduation. Additionally, the data reports detailed employment, average annual income, location, and graduate school information.
