Inspired by the College’s mission and the surrounding Berkshire mountains, the ’68 Center for Career Exploration pursues a bold ambition: To provide the finest career exploration and preparation of any liberal arts institution. Seven of the Berkshire’s majestic peaks serve as symbols of our aspirations for service and programmatic excellence. This Strategic Plan lays out our goals (peaks) for the next five years, each supported by specific action steps that are closely aligned with Williams’ own Strategic Plan. Williams history of academic success is well known, and Williams new co-curricular vision ensures that our graduates are even more broadly educated and prepared for what comes after Williams. We are indeed inspired by these Peaks of Excellence, our students’ potential to impact the world, and the future of a well-designed liberal arts education.
