About this Site

The present website for the Faculty Center for Media Technologies, formerly the Center for Technology in the Arts and Humanities, was designed by Upton Au, Williams College, Class of 2007.

Designed to conform to web standards set by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium), pages validate as XHTML 1.0 Strict and style sheets validate as CSS 2.0. This website conforms to Section 508 of the US Government Rehabilitation Act and to level Double-A of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, ensuring that it is accessible to the disabled.

This website was hand coded and uses the template system in Dreamweaver MX 2004 for updates. All images were created and optimized using the CS versions of Photoshop and ImageReady. Headings are set in Modern 20, and body type is set in Helvetica and Lucida Grande.
