Objective

Make recommendations to the President, Trustees, and Dean of the College in January regarding:

1. Modifications and Renovations
   1. Tyler (conversion of Annex to senior housing; conversion of some Thompson doubles to singles)
   2. Currier (upgrades to kitchens, bathrooms, other)
   3. Spencer (conversion of 10 doubles in Spencer/Brooks/West to singles)
   4. Chadbourne and Woodbridge (conversion to co-ops)
2. Common Spaces
   1. Universal Features
   2. Features Unique to Each House (aiming at giving each a distinctive character)
3. The Log (its future role, given the new student center and house system)
