All class meetings, including tutorial meetings, normally should be scheduled during the regular class hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, or 7-9:30 PM Monday evening. All exceptions must be approved by the Calendar and Schedule Committee, which will attempt to make sure that such meetings would not introduce conflicts for any of the students involved. Please submit petitions for class meetings outside the regular hours to the Chair of the Calendar and Schedule Committee.
