The OCC’s Route 2 System, our job, internship, and on-campus recruiting database, has a new look! We have partnered with NACELink/Symplicity to offer you a resource that is faster and easier to navigate, with enhanced functionality. We hope that you find this change as exciting as we do!

Posting a Job

Simply sign in to the Route 2 System on the right and complete the on-line form. If you have used NACELink/Symplicity at other colleges or universities, your password is universal and should work here at Williams. There is no charge for posting a job at Williams only. If you choose to select additional schools, there is a small fee. First-time NACELink/Symplicity users, click on the indicated link to register.

Posting an Internship

To post an internship to Williams only, please use the Route 2 System.

Williams also belongs to the University Career Action Network (UCAN) Consortium which is a group of 20 small to mid-sized liberal arts colleges and universities including Williams, Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Boston College, etc., that shares an internship database. Posting internships through UCAN is an effective way to recruit from a candidate pool of high caliber students from 20 universities. When you post with UCAN, your internship position reaches thousands of students. Only these students can view these postings through the password-protected system. There is no cost to post as an employer. If you would like to post your internship on this shared database you can access it through the UCAN Internship Database sign-in. Information Sessions and/or On-Campus Recruiting
