Yes, I am unemployed at the moment, but by no means unoccupied. After graduating I came home to Ketchum, Idaho and worked for five months in restaruants, saving money, while climbing mountains and learning to fly fishing in my free time. In November of 98 I went to Prague for two months to take a TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) course which lasted for 5 weeks. I spent my free time exploring Prague, going to Krakow and spending time in Ceske Budejovice, the home of the original Budweiser. I came home for Christmas and spent another month making money and skiing and then hopped on a flight for Buenos Aires in the beginning of February. BA was a bit big, so I headed west and ultimately decided to settle down in Cordoba, Argentina. I found a job teaching English and enrolled in a political theory course at the Law School and spent a year teaching English, learning Spanish, and eating lots of red meat. So that's a brief summary. I'd be more than willing to speak with anyone interested in majoring in philosophy at williams or wondering what philosophy majors do after college.
