I was a philosophy and math major at Williams. Now I'm a lawyer, practicing in the areas of white collar defense and commercial litigation. I also play bass in a band that has been touring and making records for about 6 years. I'm not sure how philosophy plays into that, but it definitely provided excellent training for law school and practice. I have found that the writing and analytical skills that come with the study of philosophy have made my life as a lawyer a lot easier.
