Applicants to the program may obtain information and forms in two ways--by download and by U.S. mail. (See Notice below.)

A complete packet of information with forms (as downloaded) contains contact information, detailed application instructions, a program brochure, the current academic calendar, an application for admission form and form for personal statement, four letter of recommendation forms, and two samples of recent curricula.

The packet as mailed, in addition to these materials, contains return envelopes to accompany the recommendation forms, a copy of our most recent newsletter, and brochures for local area art museums.

PLEASE NOTE: Our program’s planned move to an electronic admissions system is on track to be implemented this year.  Therefore, as of May 15, 2008, we are no longer sending out hardcopy materials other than a copy of our most recent Newsletter and area museum brochures. We hope to have our new website and online application program up and running by October '08.
