- Read through the Guidelines for Use to ensure that your program is on the College's approved use list for Elm Tree House.
- Contact the Conference Office (413-597-2229) for availability.
- Check out the Delineation of Responsibilities to find out which responsibilities lie with the Conference Office and which you carry as organizer of the program.
- Preview the Price List for events held at Elm Tree House.
- Review Elm Tree House Floor Plans to get an idea of where rooms are located.
- Select First Floor Room Set Ups based on configurations and capacities listed for each room.
- Print out and complete an Inquiry Form for your event and submit it to the Conference Office. Via fax: 413-597-3090. Via email: conferences@williams.edu. Via campus mail to Brooks House. If your event is approved, we will send you a confirmation letter with the approved date and time, as well as the Elm Tree House event number.
