  1. Read through the Guidelines for Use to ensure that your program is on the College's approved use list for Elm Tree House.

  2. Contact the Conference Office (413-597-2229) for availability.

  3. Check out the Delineation of Responsibilities to find out which responsibilities lie with the Conference Office and which you carry as organizer of the program.

  4. Preview the Price List for events held at Elm Tree House.

  5. Review Elm Tree House Floor Plans to get an idea of where rooms are located.

  6. Select First Floor Room Set Ups based on configurations and capacities listed for each room.

  7. Print out and complete an Inquiry Form for your event and submit it to the Conference Office. Via fax: 413-597-3090. Via email: conferences@williams.edu. Via campus mail to Brooks House. If your event is approved, we will send you a confirmation letter with the approved date and time, as well as the Elm Tree House event number.
