Participate in a career-related summer experience. You may elect to volunteer in Latin America if you want to sharpen your language skills and build your cultural IQ for an international career; or, you may want to work for an employer where you can make $$ and get experience. You might find that you can make more money and get great experience working away from home. Because this is the final summer before you graduate, many employers will use this summer as a test case for future full-time employment, and so there is potential to end the summer with an offer. This is definitely an important summer to make some pivotal decisions about your career path, so consider your summer job hunt as a 5th course and devote regular time to it throughout the school year.
