The Route 2 System

The OCC’s Route 2 System, our job, internship, and on-campus recruiting database, has a new look! We have partnered with NACELink/Symplicity to offer you a resource that is faster and easier to navigate, with enhanced functionality. We hope that you find this change as exciting as we do!

Posting a Job

Simply sign in to the Route 2 System on the right and complete the on-line form. If you have used NACELink/Symplicity at other colleges or universities, your password is universal and should work here at Williams. There is no charge for posting a job at Williams only. If you choose to select additional schools, there is a small fee. First-time NACELink/Symplicity users, click on the indicated link to register.

Posting an Internship

To post an internship to Williams only, please use the Route 2 System.

Williams also belongs to the UCAN Internship Consortium which is a group of 19 small to mid-sized liberal arts colleges and universities including Williams, Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Boston College, etc., that shares an internship database. If you would like to post your internship on this shared database you can access it through the UCAN Internship Database sign-in. First-time UCAN users, click on the indicated link to register.

Information Sessions and/or On-Campus Recruiting

To schedule an information session or on-campus recruiting, review applicants, and manage your on-campus recruiting please use the Route 2 System. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact Kristen McCormack, Assistant Director of Recruiting.
