• Affirmative Action Register The National EEO recruitment publication directed to females, minorities, veterans, and disabled persons as well as to all employment candidates.
• National Urban League Employment Network Position yourself for personal and professional excellence by posting your resume today on the Forte Wayne Urban League online employment center at www.fwurbanleague.org/ and be part of the only job resource dedicated exclusively to diversity recruitment locally and nationwide!
• Freeman ASSIST The Freeman ASSIST Program, generously sponsored by the Freeman Foundation, offers educational allowances to outstanding undergraduate students from East and Southeast Asia who are pursuing summer internships in the U.S. nonprofit sector.
• NASCAR Diversity Internship Program The NASCAR Diversity Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time, paid summer internship program designed to expose diverse college and university students to the exciting career opportunities within the motorsports industry.
• Multicultural Undergraduate Summer Internships at the Getty Center In order to increase diversity in the professions related to museums and the visual arts, the Getty offers summer internships in a variety of programs and administrative departments of the Getty Trust to undergraduates of culturally diverse backgrounds.
• Co-op/Internship Opportunities for Minority & Underrepresented Students site contains hundreds of links to internships in the sciences and medicine.
• Conservation Careers Diversity Internship Program! The purpose of this program is to provide exposure and PAID opportunities to students of color, particularly Hispanic, African, Asian and Native American students, early on in their freshman and sophomore years to the conservation field. We hope that this internship program will help lead students to pursue a conservation or environmental career. Please circulate this information to all relevant listservs including faculty, students and others. Students receive $4,800 stipend, $300 relocation assistance, and free housing or $1,000 housing assistance. Deadlines are in January and February. • CALAHE (Connecticut Association of Latinos in Higher Education) has initiated an employment distribution and posting list through which we will supply interested individuals with current positions available in the higher education community in Connecticut and New England.
• AsianDiversity.com is an online career portal for Asian Americans, which features a job board, original articles, and other ADI programs and events.
• AIGC/College Horizons Program A Pre-Graduate School Workshop for Native American Students. Horizons Graduate Program is a four-day "crash course" in preparing for graduate school. July 17-20, 2004 Washington University, St. Louis, MO.
• Institute for Diversity in Health Management Summer Enrichment Program Undergraduate and Graduate Level Internship and Greater New York Hospital Association Summer Enrichment Program. Also job listings and resume posting.
• Sponsors for Educational Opportunities - (SEO typically recruits at Williams) SEO "is Career Program is the nation's premiere internship programs for talented students of color (Black, Hispanic/Latino, Asian and Native American) leading to full time job offers. Since its inception in 1980, the Career Program has placed over 3,200 undergraduate students of color in internships leading to opportunities in exciting and rewarding careers in the most competitive industries worldwide." They have internships in the following industries: Accounting; Asset Management; Corporate Law; Information Technology; Investment Banking - New York; Investment Banking - Other Major Cities; Management Consulting; Media; Philanthropy.
• Summer Opportunities for Undergraduate Minority Students - This guide lists over 130 programs including opportunities that range from first-year students to graduating seniors.
• The Multicultural Advantage Links to scholarships, fellowships, and other awards for minorities in a variety of fields.
• Saludos.com - Latino job seekers will find an abundance of useful information here at the Saludos Hispanos Career Center. We offer tips for everything from finding the right career to mastering the job interview to in-depth articles about specific careers. If you are a bilingual Latino college graduate looking for a job, our Career Center puts the information you need at your fingertips.
• California Chicano News Media Association - CCNMA's mission is to promote diversity in the news media by providing encouragement, scholarships and educational programs for Latinos pursuing careers in the news media, and to foster an accurate and fair portrayal of Latinos in the news media, and promoting the social, economic and professional advancement of Latino journalists.

• Black EOE Journal Online - "The Black Employment and Entrepreneur Journal is America's leading African-American Business and Career magazine. • NABJ - National Association of Black Journalists Student Education Enrichment & Development Programs (SEED)...This organization offers Student Member, Internship Program, sports Journalism Institute, Scholarship Program, Student Career Mentoring Program, Student Development Program, UNITY Study Project Information, Student Short Courses.
• MAIP The MAIP program encourages African American, Asian American, Hispanic, Native American and multiracial and multiethnic college students to strongly consider advertising as a career. Students who are chosen gain practical work experience, establish contacts and, perhaps most importantly, are better prepared to assume an entry-level position with an agency upon graduation. At the same time, the program gives advertising agencies a cost-effective way to identify and recruit talented multicultural students.

• "NOGLSTP is a national organization of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people (and their advocates) employed or interested in scientific or high technology fields. NOGLSTP's goals include educating the scientific and general communities about LGBT issues in science and the technical workplace; educating the queer community about relevant topics in science; dialogue with professional societies and associations; improving our members employment and professional environment; opposing queer phobia and stereotypes by providing role models of successful LGBT scientific and technical professionals; and fostering networking and mentoring among our members."
• The Felicia Park-Rogers Summer Internship Program at COLAGE provides 10-week internships that promote development of young leadership, allow participants a hands-on look at the non-profit field, teach interns about LGBT family’s issues, and promise to be a lot of fun!
• Out For Undergraduate Business Conference "The Cornell Out for Undergraduate Business Conference 2004 is a high-impact recruiting pipeline for highly qualified lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender undergraduate students into investment banking and management consulting. The program will include speakers and panels designed to expose students to practical business frameworks and analyses, polish resume/interview skills and network with LGBT professionals and students from other schools. Presenters will include consultants and bankers from sponsoring companies, Cornell Business faculty and prominent LGBT business leaders. In addition to the pre-professional activities on the schedule, there will be plenty of time to relax and meet new friends during the conference's social activities. The Conference will be held on October 1-3 at Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management. Scholarships to cover travel expenses and lodging are available for exceptional applicants."
• Careers.org Diversity Employment has many links to sites offering a wide variety of information including Fortune 500 companies offering same-sex partner health care benefits and/or sexual orientation nondiscrimination policies.
• Gay & Lesbian Professionals Careers includes job search, resume guidelines, salary research, and employer profiles.
• Sexual Orientation and Career Decision Making from Lawrence University includes Resumes and Interviews; Researching Employers; Coming Out in the Workplace; What to Do if You are the Target of Discrimination; and Helpful Resources and Links.
• Out Professionals The nation's largest gay & lesbian networking organization. Annual dues but many benefits include email notices of job openings.
• Out at Work (Or Not) "We are an organization of primarily gay, lesbian, and bisexual employees of many companies, providing resources, contacts, and empowerment for our peers who are out, coming out, or still in the closet at work."
• GayWork.com "There's a Job for Everyone" Search for jobs with gay-friendly organizations.
• ProGayJobs has a registry of companies, which have domestic partnership benefits, sponsor a gay and lesbian employee resource group, conduct diversity-training programs, donate to GLBT charities, and advertise to the gay and lesbian community.
• Human Rights Campaign "As America's largest gay and lesbian organization, the Human Rights Campaign provides a national voice on gay and lesbian issues."

• COSD Career Opportunities for Students with Disabilities In September 1998, Dr. Robert Greenberg, Director of Career Services and Alan Muir, Coordinator of Disability Services at that time at the University of Tennessee, determined a need existed to focus career-planning services on students with disabilities.

• Equal Opportunities Publications, Inc. Companies Actively Recruiting - Careers & the Disabled.
• Emerging Leaders Summer internship and leadership development opps for students with disabilities. Started by Booz Allen and administered by the National Business and Disability Council.
• Federal Jobs for People with Disabilities Currently, over 209,284 people with disabilities, seven percent of the total federal civilian workforce, work for the federal government. Opportunities exist at all levels of government and in hundreds of occupations.
• Independent Living Research Utilization They create opportunities for independence for people with disabilities through research, education, and consultation.
• JobAccess JobAccess provides a place where people with disabilities can seek employment, confident that they will be evaluated solely on their skills and experience. JobAccess Resume Builder which helps you to build and post a professional looking resume that companies across the US will be able to browse.
• Job Accommodations Network A free consulting service (through gov’t Office of Disability Employment Policy ODEP) designed to increase the employability of people with disabilities by: 1) providing individualized worksite accommodations solutions, 2) providing technical assistance regarding the ADA and other disability related legislation, and 3) educating callers about self-employment option.
• UC Berkeley Career Center This site has good information for students with disabilities.
• Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars, Scholarship Program for College Students with Disabilities Working to help students develop leadership skills and gain valuable work experience in public service. The Washington Center will complement students' professional experience with solid academic training for credit from highly qualified instructors. In addition, students will be exposed to community, national and international leaders through workshops, seminars, lectures, embassy visits and networking events held throughout the course of each semester. The American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) will offer technical guidance and support to the program.
• Workforce Recruitment Office of Disability Employment Policy connects students to public and private sector opportunities.

FEMINIST
• Lyons Network "The Lyons Network is an organization of women professionals and students dedicated to advancing the opportunities of women for leadership, professional success, and global impact. Founded in 1999 at Mount Holyoke College, the first and premier liberal arts college established for women in this country, The Lyons Network continues to put together conferences, speaker series, talks and workshops across different fields and industries."
• Women for Hire Magazine Online contains advice and links to professional associations and resource organizations.
• Institute for Women's Policy Research The Institute works with policymakers, scholars, and public interest groups to design, execute, and disseminate research that illuminates economic and social policy issues affecting women and families and to build a network of individuals and organizations that conduct and use women-oriented policy research. IWPR, an independent, nonprofit, research organization also works in affiliation with the graduate programs in public policy and women’s studies at The George Washington University.
• The Mariam K. Chamberlain Fellowship in Women & Public Policy is designed to provide aspiring social scientists with the opportunity to contribute to research that enhances economic and social justice for women.
• IWPR Summer Internships include paid summer internships in Research, Communications and Outreach, and Development.
• American Association of University Women Established in 1881, the American Association of University Women (AAUW) is a leading voice for equity and education for women and girls. AAUW is comprised of three corporations: The Association, a 501(c)(4) 100,000-member organization with more than 1,300 branches nationwide that lobbies and advocates for education and equity, with a 501(c)(3) Leadership and Training Institute; the AAUW Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public foundation established in 1958 to provide support and advancement for women in higher education and to conduct research on equity in education for women and girls; and the AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides funds and a support system for women seeking judicial redress for sex discrimination in higher education.

• Business and Professional Women/USA Business and Professional Women/USA, founded in 1919, promotes equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education and information."
• Feminist.com is a grassroots, interactive community by, for and about women. We aim to facilitate information-sharing among women and encourage mobilization around political issues. Feminist.com promotes women's business development, supports women-friendly organizations, expands civic participation and encourages women's self-sufficiency. Feminist.com is a responsive community that offers resources for all women and provides a safe space for diverse dialogues. This site contains many resources.
• Feminist Majority Foundation The Feminist Majority website includes their publications, such as newsletters and special reports. There are also links to other women's issues sites, such as: Breast Cancer Center, Global Feminism, National Center for Women and Policing and Feminist Research Center. There are also numerous Take Action! opportunities, several listings of hotlines, and a daily Feminist News section."
• Making Face, Making Soul A Chicana feminist homepage.
• National Organization for Women NOW's website contains a comprehensive array of information about the organization, including online versions of their print publication, NOW Times. Sections on the site include NOW Political Action Committee, Young Feminists and Global Sisters.
• National Women's Alliance The National Women's Alliance is a multi-issue human rights and social justice organization devoted to addressing the intersections of race, class, gender, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, and other markers of difference."
