Project for Effective Teaching
The main mission of PET is to serve new Williams faculty in their first two years.
Pet provides lunch and holds informal disucussions for new faculty at the Faculty House twice
each week in the fall and once each week in the spring.
Fall Meeting Schedule:
Lunches on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Faculty Club 12-1:30.
Participants set the agenda; occasionally an outside speaker or experienced facutly/staff members joins us.
PET sponsors a welcome party for beginning faculty to meet second-year faculty. There is also an end-of-year dinner.
