Leading Minds

Leading Minds is one of the programs offered to new first-year students during the First Days “EphVentures” period.  Tailored to those individuals interested in leadership development, Leading Minds provides an opportunity for students to learn about and explore “leadership” through workshops, personality assessment tools, and interactive activities.  Participants learn what it takes to be an active leader on the Williams campus and learn the ins and outs of living in the “Purple Valley.”  Body Language, Giving Feedback, Leadership vs. Management, and Situational Leadership are some of the topics covered.
