Campus Life Williams

Goodrich Hall

Goodrich Hall, the only autonomously student -run building on the Williams College campus, is currently serving as an interem student center during the construction of the new Paresky Student Center.

Ren McDermott '07, the Goodrich Student Manager, coordinates the use of the spaces in the building and oversees all operations, scheduling, and issues that arise. Should you need to contact her, please email GoodrichHall@gmail.com.

Once used as a chapel, Goodrich now enhances student life by offering many different types of programmable spaces to members of the Williams Community.

There is a large assembly space used for parties, dances, concerts, workshops, and lectures, as well as smaller quiet rooms for forums and meetings. There are lounge areas next to the coffee bar for informal socializing and relaxation, a resource room equipped with office machines and supplies for use by student organizations, theatrical lighting, sound, and projection systems. There is also an enclosed link to the Athletic Complex. The Campus Life Coordinators have their offices on the 2nd floor of Goodrich, but will move to the new student center when it opens in 2007.
