Paresky Digital Signs -
Information & Parameters
The Paresky digital signs are available for use by
faculty, staff, students and/or outside parties in order
to display content that his relevant to student life on
and off-campus. Content is monitored and approved by the
Office of Campus Life. The Office of Campus Life
reserves the right to deny approval of any bulletin
requests. Requests may be e-mailed to Aaron Gordon (agordon@williams.edu)
or paper forms may be submitted (available in the Office
of Campus Life).

Technical Parameters

Optimal Resolution is 1366 x
768 megapixels
-
Widescreen or "landscape"
orientation is recommended to prevent distortion

Ads/bulletins must be in JPEG
format

Video files should be in
.MPEG, Windows Media (optimal), or .AVI formats.
Videos should be less than 60 seconds

Avoid too much text as it may
become to small to read when put up on the screens.
As a general rule anything smaller than size 12 may
be difficult to see

Ads/bulletins submitted less
than 24 hours before their intended start time may
be delayed or not approved

Submissions that do not have
all the required information may be delayed or not
approved
