Faculty Service Award - Recognizes a faculty member who has worked closely with a student organization and displays genuine support for campus life. Peers, students, and staff view him/her as an educator both in and out of the classroom. The faculty member has extraordinary impact on students’ lives and has earned their respect through involvement and collaboration with the campus community.

Staff Service Award - Recognizes a staff member who has worked closely with a student organization and displays genuine support for campus life. Peers, students, and faculty view him/her as an integral part of the College community. The staff member has extraordinary impact on students’ lives and has earned their respect through involvement and collaboration within the campus community.

Future Leader Award - Presented to a student who is completing his/her first year. He or she has demonstrated a desire to become a campus leader through active membership within a student organization(s), membership on a College committee(s) or contributed to other facets of student life.

Commitment to Diversity Award - Recognizes the student who has made the greatest impact on and off campus over the past academic year through their dedication to exploring diversity and difference, and their commitment to multicultural issues.

Dedication to Service Award - Recognizes the student who has made the greatest impact on and off campus over the past academic year through community service programming.

Student Leader of the Year - Presented to a student who has given of time and talent to the Williams College community, and who has exemplified extraordinary leadership skills and abilities in one or more leadership positions on campus. The individual receiving this award has given outstanding service to Williams College, exemplified standards of integrity and conduct, and has gained the esteem of the campus community. Most importantly, the recipient has worked to further the quality of life on campus.
