March 8 th Saturday, 11 am – 2 pm , Rosenburg Center, Maplefest
A maple syrup celebration at Hopkins Memorial Forest .  The event—which includes visits to a working sugar house, an old kettle boiler, tapping of maple trees, wood splitting demonstrations, tree identification, syrup tasting, pancakes, and more--will take place rain or shine. Come join the fun--van rides available from Chapin. All are welcome to come out and visit our sugar-house anytime during the sugaring season.
