The symposium's opening session will be held in Kane Hall, located in the north central part of campus.
Accommodations
Hotels: Discounted rates are available for symposium participants at two hotels, both within easy walking distance from the meeting site. Van service will be available for transportation from the hotel to campus for a small number of individuals on a prearranged basis. Both hotels are 100% non-smoking. Discount rates apply for Oct 23 through Oct 31 for those of you who interested in a more extended stay in Seattle. Participants are strongly encouraged to reserve rooms early since a limited number of rooms will be available at the group rate and all unbooked rooms at these hotels will available to the general public after September 11.
