The Ephs are ranked 12th in the Golf World/National Golf Coaches Association Preseason top 25 poll.

Defending NCAA champion Methodist is ranked first and captured 16 of a possible 17 first place votes and has a total of 423 points.

Three NESCAC teams are ranked in the top 14 with Middlebury 8th, Williams 12th and Amherst 14th.

Last spring in just their third year of varsity play the Ephs advanced to the NCAA Tournament and finished 10th out of 20 teams. All five golfers who played last spring return again this year and there are no seniors on the team.
