Players should report to the Chaffee Tennis House at the Hunt Tennis Center prior to playing. Courts are available first come, first served; clay courts will
be assigned to older classes. Tennis balls provided by the College.

Join other alumni for an early morning run in the Purple Valley (Gale Road loop). Meet on Chapin steps.

Utilize the Route 2 entrance to Lasell Gymnasium.
The class will
focus on body awareness, use of breathing techniques, and posture practice.
We'll conclude with full body relaxation. Beginners are welcome.

Forest Open House
Saturday 1:30-5 p.m. Rides available from Hunt Plaza (near Chapin steps) to the
Forest at 1:15, 1:45, and 2:45 p.m. and back from the Forest at 3:30, 4:45, and 5:15 p.m.
1:30 - 5
p.m. Visit the Treetops on the Canopy Walkway
The walkway is a pair of tree platforms set 70 ft. above the ground and
originally used for research. Platforms are linked by a cable bridge and
accessed via a wooden ladder. Participants are harnessed to safety cables, and
aided by guides. Space limited; long waits possible; first come, first served;
no children under 12.
1:30 p.m.
Taconic Crest Hike
A 5-mile (3 hr.) one-way hike along the Taconic Mountain Range to the Birch
Brook Trail and back to the Rosenburg Center. This hike traverses moderately
rugged terrain and features some splendid views; bring water and sturdy
footwear.
2 p.m.
Stream Critter Search
Hike to find salamanders, frogs, cray-fish, and hellgrammites. Appropriate for
age 4 and up; wear water shoes.
3:30 p.m.
Guided Trail Hike in Hopkins Forest
Take a leisurely 75-minute hike on the Lower Loop Trail to explore the Forest's natural features and history.
