Please make checks payable to the Williams College Alumni Fund. Use the return envelope provided by your class agent or send payment to the Office of Annual Giving.

Appreciated Securities and Cash Wires
Stocks must be transferred by Dec. 31 in order to receive a deduction in this year's tax year. For more information, visit http://www.williams.edu/alumni/campaign/ways2give/appr-sec.php or call the Investment Office at 413.597.4259.

Pledges
If your class is celebrating a reunion this year and you'd like your pledge to count toward your class gift, please be sure your payment is received by the Office of Annual Giving on or before May 15. For non-reunion classes, the deadline for this year's Alumni Fund is Feb. 28.

Gifts in Foreign Currency
Cash and checks should be valued at a minimum of $50.00 (U.S.) because of collection/conversion costs. Please allow sufficient time to convert currencies to U.S. dollars.

Corporate Matching Gifts
Hundreds of companies support the philanthropy of their employees, directors and retirees by matching their gifts to worthy causes. To double or even triple your gift to Williams, ask your human resources office if your company conducts a matching-gift program. You need only to obtain your company's matching gift form, fill it out and send it to the Office of Gift Administration at Williams. You can even send your gift to Williams before you've arranged for the match. Your company and Williams will do the rest.

Gifts in Memory or Honor
You can honor parents, professors, alumni, staff or friends with your Alumni Fund gift. Simply include a note with your gift indicating the name of the individual(s) you would like to recognize, as well as whether you are making the gift in their honor or memory. Williams will send notification of your gift to the person you are honoring or to the closest living family member of the person you are memorializing.
