CSS Activity Report

Every day the Williams Campus Safety & Security Department works hard to keep Williams running smoothly.  The Department is responsible for carrying out a wide variety of tasks and responding to many different kinds of emergencies and situations that arise on campus.  Below is a general outline of the Department's activity, with a sample of the annual averages for each activity.  These numbers have been generated by combining, then averaging, the Daily Activity Reports filed by all officers over the past three years.

Openings

When someone has locked themselves out of a room or vehicle after normal business hours, he or she often calls upon Campus Safety & Security for assistance.  Below is a report of the average annual number of room/vehicle openings performed by security over the last three academic years.

Alarms

Throughout the year, the Campus Safety & Security Department responds to a number of alarms on campus.  Below is a report of the average annual number of alarms to which the Department has responded over the last three years.

Transports

The Campus Safety & Security Department is responsible for transporting students to health care facilities as well as transporting students who have reduced mobility because of a medical condition.  Below is a report of the average annual number of transports performed by the Department over the last three academic years.
