AMS 351(F,S) Marine Policy (Same as Environmental Studies 351)

A seminar which takes a topical approach to the study of marine law and policy. Fisheries, harbor development, coastal zone management, and shipping are some of the activities examined. Guest lecturers, discussions, and field trips.
Requirements: a midterm, a major research paper, and a presentation.
