Service Requests

  • Your routine maintenance call is received at 597-2486 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can e-mail non-emergency work requests to service@williams.edu. If you have an emergency request after 3:30 p.m., weekends or holidays, call Security at 597-4444.


  • Routine maintenance/repair requests (e.g. carpentry repairs, heating, leaking faucets, etc.) are scheduled in the order received. This does not include emergency work. Availability of parts will impact upon completion time. Some minor repairs can be made by the custodian, such as light buld replacement, shade repairs, etc.). Work orders for moves, special event setups (tables, chairs, electricity) must be requested 5 working days prior to the target date. 10 working days are required between May 1st and June 15th and between mid-August and mid-September.


  • Emergency work (e.g. power failure, health or safety hazard, potential damage to facility or equipment) is scheduled the same day.
