Job Qualifications
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and Williams College Van License from the Facilities Department are required for the position.
- Our jobs are physically demanding. We are seeking high energy people who can lift 40 pounds regularly, and are willing to work irregular hours (including evenings and weekends) in a hospitality business.
- All staff must be available to begin training on June 8 and able to work through August 22, 2009. (a few staff will be needed to work through August 26.)
- Special consideration is given to students with prior experience working in the Conference Office.
- Minimum age: 18.

Who we are & what we do
The Conference Office is open 7 days a week, from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm throughout the summer, and provides housing, dining, and meeting facilities to both on- and off-campus conference groups. Over 6,000 conference participants visit Williams College during the summer and are hosted and served by the Williams Summer Conference Office.
