Honor Code Signature in PeopleSoft/SELFREG

Each academic year, all students must sign the honor code online in PeopleSoft/SELFREG.  A copy of the Honor Code screen is on the reverse.  If you have not signed this online this year, a registration hold has been placed on your record until you sign the Honor Code.  Click the three required checkboxes, click save, and the hold will be removed.

· In PeopleSoft, navigate Self Service > Williams Honor Code

· Click each of the three checkboxes

o I Agree to the Honor Code

o I have read the Statement of Academic Honesty

o I have read the Guidelines

· Click the Save button

o If you have forgotten to check any of the three checkboxes, you will see an error message.  Make sure all three are checked and click Save again.

· Once you click Save, a gray message box will pop up

· Click OK.

After you click OK, the three checkboxes will be grayed out and the message at the top of the screen will read ‘You have signed the Honor Code for 2008.  Thank you!’

The Honor Code Registration hold is removed once you save this screen and your agreement to the Honor Code is recorded for the 2008 academic year.
