Please read through the following information. You must complete the enrollment process by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5.

All enrollment holds placed on your record are listed. Until each and every one of these holds is removed, you will be unable to process drop/adds. These holds were set on August 24; if between then and now you may have resolved whatever was outstanding, check SELFREG to see if the hold has been removed.

If you are on campus before Wednesday, you may be able to clear your holds early--and we encourage you to do so. Enrollment hours for the various offices are listed below along with specific details on what you need to do. You only need to visit the Bursar, Student Loans, Financial Aid Office or Physical Education Office if a hold is listed on the reverse of this form; please note the specific hours listed for each office. All holds must be removed by 4:30 pm, Wednesday, September 5.

Registrar’s Office - no hold, but stop by to pick up the Student Handbook, the Catalog and another packet with the information you need to get started for the semester.

Bursar - If you need to contact your parents about resolving your bill, do so before contacting the Bursar’s Office. If you think the bill may have been paid in the last few days, check SELFREG to see if the hold has been removed. You can check your account in PeopleSoft by navigating to Self Service > Student Center > Finances .

Auto Registration - No enrollment hold, but still important. Students must register motor vehicles with the College Campus Safety & Security Department (CSS). The fee for the year is $60 for campus residents; no charge for off-campus residents, but registration is still required. For pre-registered vehicles, decals may be picked up in the Campus Safety & Security Department.
