You may view Class Schedules, Grades and First-Year Warnings, or Major and Concentration informationfor any student, even though they may not be assigned to you for advising.

Navigate: Self Service > Advisement then click New/Drop-In Advisee.

Click to look up a student.

For a lookup:

• Search on student's last name and at least a first initial of the first name, then click .
• If a search list displays with multiple matches, the Student Grad Year and Status display in the right column to help select the appropriate student. 
• Click anywhere in the row to select the student wanted.

Clicking on the student's name will open a mail message addressed to the student's campus e-mail address.

To view the student's Class Schedule, click the dropdown arrow on Student Details, click Class Schedule and Click . Except for first-semester first-year students, you will next see a term select page

Click the term wanted, then click .

This lists the student full class schedule (including posted grades for past semesters). To view a class schedule for a different semester, click and select another term from the array.

Click at the bottom of the page to return to the View Advisees' Information page.

To view the student's term grades from the View Advisees' Information page, click the dropdown arrow on Student Details, click Grade Inquiry and Click . Select the term from the term array.

For a semester in progress, a first-year advisee's term grades will reflect any mid-semester warnings.

For a graded semester, grades along with term and cumulative gpa's will display.

In the Term and Cumulative Statistics 

• Taken toward GPA includes any graded or extra-graded A-E courses.
• Units Earned Toward Graduation includes graded earned hours only.  It will exclude transfer credit earned toward graduation and will exclude any extra-graded courses.
• The cumulative statistics are as of the term selected, i.e. the student's cum GPA at the end of that term.

Click to return to the Advisee Information page or click and select from the term array to view another term.

To view major or concentration information from the Advisee Information page, click the dropdown arrow on Student Details, click Academic Information and Click .

This will show the most recent information for the student in each existing career.
