Login Problems

• The web address is https://sarah.williams.edu, or from the Williams home page, www.williams.edu, follow the Especially for, Faculty/Staff links, then click the PeopleSoft/FACSIS link under Resources.
• If you can’t connect to the login page, check the browser and operating system tips, or contact the OIT helpdesk, x4090 or desktop@williams.edu.
• If you have forgotten your PeopleSoft UserID, e-mail facsis@williams.edu for help. Responses will only be made to an @williams.edu address.
• If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot My Password link at the login page to generate a new one.
• If you lock your account with 10 unsuccessful attempts, e-mail to facsis@williams.edu with your name and UserID to have the account unlocked.
• If the login process isn’t working, go to our login instructions and follow step by step. If all efforts to log in fail, e-mail facsis@williams.edu with specifics about where in the login process you are having problems.
• The system is available at all times except for a short maintenance period about 8:25pm-8:55pm. During maintenance times, you may see a message that the application server is down.
