To retrieve the student’s record, enter the student’s ID or search on the student’s name. For a name search:
- Enter the student’s Last Name and at least a first initial of the first name, then click
.
- If a search list displays multiple matches, use the student Grad Year and Status displayed in the right column to help select the appropriate student.
- Click anywhere in the row to select the student wanted.
Names

The Preferred name may show a nickname if the student uses something other than his or her record name.
Addresses

Current students will have a campus (SU Box) address, a dorm/local address (if enrolled on campus), a Home address, and sometimes a Mailing Address (SU Box or Summer address). To view all addresses, either click through the arrows on the blue bar or click on the blue bar to display all addresses.
Phones

Phone numbers are maintained while a student is enrolled. Once graduated, the cell and home phone numbers may be out of date.
E-Mail Addresses

If a Home e-mail address displays, this is from the Admission record and may or may not be outdated.
Photo

An ID photo will be available for most students.
