RLFR 512(S) Readings in French Art History and Criticism

An advanced translation course specializing in art history. Texts will be selected from fundamental works of art history and criticism and from the specialized literature required in concurrent art seminars in the graduate program in art history. For graduate students. Others by permission of the instructor. Evaluation will be based on participation, papers, a midterm, and a final exam. Conducted in English. Prerequisite: French 511 or permission of instructor.
