RLSP 301(S) Cervantes' Don Quijote

A close reading of Europe's first modern novel, with additional reference to the historical and literary background that helped shape the writer's ideas. Conducted in Spanish. Evaluation will be based on class discussion, several written assignments, a midterm exam, and a final exam. Prerequisite: any 200-level course.
