ECON 502(S) Development Economics II*

Further aspects of economic theory and policy analysis which are most relevant to development problems. Topics include technological change and innovation; human capital accumulation, employment and labor markets; income distribution; agricultural and industrial development and development strategies; and the role of the government versus the role of the market in economic development.
