ECON 517 Development Planning (Not offered 1997-98)

The course concentrates on project evaluation. Case studies in the areas of industry, agriculture, transportation, education, health, and the environment are examined. More general economic planning techniques, including aggregate projections, are discussed briefly at the end of the course. Undergraduate enrollment accepted with instructor's permission.
