JAPN 201(F), 202(S) Second-Year Japanese*
This course is a continuation of First-Year Japanese 101-102, further developing
the four skills of speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The same general
methodology will be used. Upon completing the course, students will have been
introduced to most of the major structural patterns of contemporary Japanese
and will be able to read simple expository prose.
Evaluation will be based on daily performance, homework, quizzes, a midterm,
and a final exam.
Prerequisites: Japanese 101-102 or permission of instructor.
