AMES 402(S) Topics in African and Middle-Eastern Studies: Ritual, Politics and Power: Understanding Political Action (Same as ANSO 402)*
The "Capstone Course" for all concentrators, this course provides students with the opportunity to consolidate their work in the area through study and research of a select topic. Topics vary from year to year and generally alternate between the Middle East and Africa.
