NSF Graduate Research Fellowships

The National Science Foundation has announced the 2006 NSF Graduate Research Fellowship winners. Four recent Williams graduates won fellowships and twelve more won honorable mentions. For comparison, here is how our students and former students have done since 1993.

Nationwide the NSF awarded 927 Graduate Fellowships in 2006. The data through 1998 includes both NSF Graduate Research Fellowships and NSF Minority Graduate Fellowships. Starting in 1999 the NSF rolled both of those programs into one.
