Essel Program

The Essel Foundation is a major contributor to the Williams College Neuroscience Program. It generously funds scientific lectures, conferences, faculty research, student research, and other academic endeavors. The Williams Essel Program is supported by Constance and Stephen A. Lieber, through the Essel Foundation. The Liebers are leaders in the fight against mental illness, and the Essel Foundation is a major supporter of the National Alliance for Research of Schizophrenia and Depression (NARSAD). NARSAD is headed by Constance Lieber, its president, and continues to fight against mental disorders.
