Source and Binary Downloads
ELSA is distributed in both source code and binary format. For those using source code, compilation. should be relatively straightforward on most platforms. See the documentation for compilation instructions. The current version is also available as a binary for Mac OS X (PowerPC), Solaris (SPARC), and Linux (i386). These distributions contain all the same files as the source, but include a pre-compiled binary.

Documentation
The comprehensive documentation for ELSA is available in both HTML and PDF format. PDF requires either Adobe Acrobat Reader or Mac OS X's "Preview" application.
