SLIDE CIRCULATION PROCEDURES
When browsing the slide collection, please insert a color-coded card in the slide’s exact place in the drawer if you remove one for use. These cards are found on the top of the slide cabinets. On the card, please write your initials and date.
Never refile any slides; if you don’t wish to use a slide, simply place it on the top of the slide cabinet, and the staff will refile the slides to assure their correct housing.
